Is it free to register/sign-up and use propertyGroup's services?

We offer a free membership service to all tenants and landlords. This allows you to search and browse properties, flats etc., send viewing requests to landlords or contact them directly, set email alerts, manage viewings via our interactive calendar system and many more!

Landlords: Prices start from £35 per property, this includes a room, flat, house etc... Click here for more information.

Tenants: £50 per person to rent a property through us, this includes a dedicated property manager, short hold tenancy, referencing and credit checks

Do I need to register/sign-up to use propertyGroup services?

To all tenants looking to rent...NO.. HOWEVER, to manage viewings or if you are a UK based landlord looking to advertise your property, room, flat etc., yes you do need to Register/Sign-up. But remember, it's FREE to Register/Sign-up with us.

What is in it for me as a private landlord/homeowner?

We know that renting your property out can be a challenge. Firstly, you have to find the best places to advertise it. Secondly, you have to attract the right kind of tenants. Thirdly, you have to deal with a load of paperwork. PropertyGroup can help simplify this process. Our personal approach to online property lettings means that you will have all the support you need to get your house or flat rented out to the best possible tenants, quickly and securely.

Payment methods?

LANDLORDS: Prices vary. Our Basic package is just £35 and Standard package will cost you £75. For the Premium package it's £125. All payments are processed via PayPal. For further details on our pricing plans, click here

Do you offer refunds?

For all authorized and live listings, we offer refunds subject to the following terms:

  1. Refund available for Standard package but £30 admin fee will apply/be deducted.
  2. Refund available for premium: but £35 admin fee shall be deducted.
  3. No refunds to the admin fee charged towards the tenant(s), once we have started to carry out all the necessary checks and online paperwork.
  4. Refund policy shall only apply within seven (7) days from purchase.

However, for all none authorized listings i.e. if not live within the specified time range, that's ONLY IF we do not have a valid reason, you are Entitled to a Full Refund.

Please note: Time range may be longer than specified due to "us" trying to get hold of you to provide further information if required, in order to process and authorize your listing as soon as possible. In some cases, your payment may be unsuccessful and as a result, this may also cause some delays.

How long does it take to have a property live and across the major sites?

Once payments have been successfully processed and before a listing can be made public and available across all the major UK's platforms, such as Zoopla, PrimeLocation and more, our team has to make an authorization on each particular purchase. This process may take between 24 to 48hrs, depending on how much information has been provided. Once it is complete, an invoice summary of the purchase will be emailed out immediately to confirm.

Although, if all has been processed smoothly, within 12hours or less your property could go live

Where are you located?

We are London based, but operate online and have a number of properties across the UK.

How do I get in contact with you guys?

Password or contact details changes?

All registered members, are entitled to change contact details accordingly. To help us ensure that we offer our best service to you, we do require up-to-date contact details.
